The Associated Student Body Card (ASB) is another way to have a photo ID card. For a $35 fee, the ASB card allows students to participate in any sport/activity or club. In addition, it provides students free entrance to all non-playoff UHS home sporting events (a savings of $6 every event), reduced dance tickets, yearbooks & more. All money collected from the sales of ASB cards remain on campus and is spent on behalf of the students by the Student Council. The ASB fee can be paid @ the ASB office in the 500 bldg.

If your family meets the qualifications on the Family Income Survey, you may be eligible for reduced fees to participate in other school programs. Submitting this form does not guarantee your eligibility!

Permitted parking is ONLY available to Seniors and Juniors attending Union. Seniors will be able to pre-register/reserve a pass June 12th and can begin purchasing on August 10th, 2026. Juniors can pre-register the same dates but will not be allowed to purchase until after the lottery drawing. Juniors with prior parking violations from Sophomore year may be relegated to a purchase window outside of the lottery dates.
**Sophomores: If student parking lots do not reach capacity during the first semester, Sophomores may be permitted to purchase a parking permit during the second semester. Until then, Sophomores are not allowed to drive and park on campus. Sophomores who receive parking violations will impact their chance to receive a parking pass for current and future school years**

Pre-Registration Window - June 12th - August 21st, 2026:
Parking Pass Application Early Bird Pre-Registration - your window to guarantee your 26/27 Parking Permit.
Purchase Window - August 10th - August 21st, 2026:
Seniors who pre-registered in June can purchase their Parking Pass. After August 21st, reservations expire and permits will be opened up to students on the waiting list!
Seniors who submit their forms after September 10th will not receive priority on the waitlist.

Pre-Registration for Lottery Entry - June 12th - August 21st, 2026:
Pre-registration to be entered into lottery drawing - not guaranteed a parking pass.
Lottery Drawing - August 21, 2026 by 3:45 PM:
The lottery drawing will be held on August 21st by 3:45 PM. Juniors selected in the lottery will be notifi ed via email used on google form application.
Purchase Window (For Lottery Winners) - August 24 – August 28, 2026:
Timeline to purchase parking pass if drawn in lottery. Students who do not purchase their parking pass by August 28th will be put back onto the waitlist.
Running Start and AM Cascadia Tech Students
Apply at any time, come to the ASB office to purchase after August 10th, 2026 - we will verify your schedule first. Please clearly indicate “Running Start” or “AM Cascadia” on your application.

Cost: $10 with ASB / $20 without ASB

Waitlist Protocol: After August 28th, 2026, any student who has not been selected in the lottery or who applies late will be placed on the waitlist. The waitlist is maintained in the 500 building by our Dean, John Godinho, and additional permits will be distributed based on availability and application timestamp (first come, first served).
Unauthorized Parking: Students who park on campus without a permit will be moved to the bottom of the waitlist and may be subject to fines.
Now all EPS students 18 & under can ride C-Tran for free! Just show your current school ID when boarding.
EPS students can also access free membership benefits @ Marshall or Firstenburg Community Centers
The C-Tran Youth Opportunity Pass offers all participating students unlimited access to C-TRAN Local service all school year and summer long, starting September 1 through August 31 of the following year. Students are also eligible for free access to Firstenburg and Marshall/Luepke community centers during non-school hours. Please visit the community center closest to you for enrollment details. A free Youth Opportunity Pass is available to all middle school and high school students currently enrolled in Evergreen or Vancouver Public Schools through a partnership between the City of Vancouver and the school districts. Any 6-12 grade student who lives within Vancouver city limits qualifies for the free Youth Opportunity Pass.
