WHAT IS AN ASB CARD/FEE?

The Associated Student Body Card (ASB) is another way to have a photo ID card.  For a $30 fee, the ASB card allows students to participate in any sport/activity or club. In addition, it provides students free entrance to all non-playoff UHS home sporting events (a savings of $6 every event), reduced dance tickets, yearbooks & more. All money collected from the sales of ASB cards remain on campus and is spent on behalf of the students by the Student Council.  The ASB fee can be paid @ the ASB office in the 500 bldg.

YOUR STUDENT MAY QUALIFY FOR WAIVED FEES!

If your family meets the qualifications on the Family Income Survey, you may be eligible for reduced fees to participate in other school programs. Submitting this form does not guarantee your eligibility!
